Cathedral Pickle Jar

ON HOLD

CATHEDRAL PICKLE JAR, deep aquamarine or light blue green, square with Gothic arches, early smooth base, 11 ¾”H, applied mouth, an attic quality bottle with some washable interior residue.  American, C. 1865.

All Hail the beauty of the 19th century cathedral pickle jar!  Among the most attractive of the early bottles are the classically inspired cathedral pickles.  This fancier than normal example is a wonderful piece of early glass, featuring heavy whittling and numerous bubbles in the glass.  The bottle is of attic quality, retaining its brilliant and original exterior surface.

Want to work out a payment plan?  We can do that.  Just send me a PM and we can figure something out.  Oh, and as always, your satisfaction with the piece is unconditionally guaranteed.  We’re not happy unless you’re happy.

Tagged at 465 (and worth it!) this beautiful jar can be discounted to 385 and yep, that number includes expert packing and shipping.  It’s a good ‘un, people!
