Yellow, pontil scar, quart calabash, applied sloping collar with ring, mint. Probably blown at the Isabella Glass Works, New Brooklyn, NJ, 1845-1860.

This wonderful calabash is, in fact, YELLOW and believe it or not, it’s even prettier than my photos would suggest. Also quite crude with numerous bubbles and a pebbly surface texture, this top of the line example is of attic quality with no damage or unsightly wear. The Swedish Nightingale has never looked better!
