RARE GI-55A WASHINGTON - TAYLOR PINT - CLEAR LIGHT GREEN

JF7. BUST OF WASHINGTON - BUST OF TAYLOR, (McK# GI-55a), clear light green, pontil scar, pint, applied sloping collar, a mint flask exhibiting the expected usage wear. A pontil chip that extends to the base edge is a manufacturer's flaw. Probably blown at the Dyottville Glass Works, Philadelphia, PA, 1840-1860, a rare mold variation.

A true "green" in color, this fine pint-sized flask is blown in the rare GI-55A mold.
