- PHILBROOK & TUCKER / BOSTON," lemon yellow with a
slight olive tone, figural pig, smooth base, 10"L, applied
double collar, about mint (a shallow flake extending from beneath
the applied collar is a manufacturer's flaw; some minor staining
in the feet). American, C. 1870, very rare color.
Startlingly pretty and bright enough to light up a dark room,
this top shelf Suffolk pig is quite simply as good as they come.
