GVIII-8 KEENE SUNBURST FLASK - TOP EXAMPLE!

ITEM CD25. "KEEN - P&W" SUNBURST FLASK, (McK#GVIII-8), clear olive green, pontil scar, pint, sheared and fire polished mouth, mint. Blown at the Keene Marlboro Street Glass House, Keene, NH, 1820-1840.

Light in color, boldly impressed (the embossed lettering is far stronger than most) and remarkably free of wear, this is as fine an example of the GVIII-8 mold as one is likely to find.
