CRUDE AND BUBBLY GREEN CHESTNUT BOTTLE

ITEM 9256. CHESTNUT BOTTLE, forest/olive green, pontil scar, 5 1/2"H, applied mouth, mint. Blown at a New England Glass House, 1790-1820.

Stunning in both color and crudity, this little gem of a chestnut bottle is awash in bubbles, unmelted silica and swirl lines.
