7 3/8"H NEW ENGLAND CHESTNUT BOTTLE - PINE GREEN!

ITEM 9103. CHESTNUT BOTTLE, pine green, pontil scar, 7 3/8"H, applied mouth, a mint bottle with some washable content residue. Blown at a New England Glass House, 1790-1820.

This handsome chestnut bottle was recently discovered at a Rutland County, VT estate sale. The bottle is blown in an unusual shade of green that is uncommonly seen in bottles of this type.
