HANDSOME KEENE, NH GIV-17 masonic flask

ITEM 8932. EAGLE / "KEENE" - MASONIC, (McK#GIV-17), yellow olive, pontil scar, pint, sheared and fire polished mouth, mint. Blown at the Keene Marlboro Street Glass Works, Keene, NH, C. 1830.

This spectacular Keene Masonic flask exhibits better than usual embossing (though interestingly, the "Keene" lettering is somewhat weak) and a pleasing array of swirls and striations in the glass. The flask is free of wear and as shown, it is wonderfully transparent.
