BEAUTIFUL NEW ENGLAND CHESTNUT BOTTLE

ITEM 8695. CHESTNUT BOTTLE, light olive green, pontil scar, 5 3/8"H, crudely applied collar, mint. Blown at a New England Glass House, 1790-1820.

This crudely made yet beautifully proportioned chestnut bottle is an especially appealing example of early glass.
