PATTERN MOLDED MIDWESTERN GLOBULAR BOTTLE

ITEM 8230. PATTERN MOLDED GLOBULAR BOTTLE, light, bright orange amber, 24 ribs, swirled to the right, pontil scar, 7 5/8"H, outwardly folded rim, a mint bottle exhibiting the expected light usage wear. Midwestern, probably blown at the Zanesville Glass Works, Zanesville, OH, 1820-1840.

Perfectly formed, brightly colored and boldly embossed, this smaller than normal pattern molded globular bottle is truly a delight to the eye.
