ITEM 7790. CHESTNUT BOTTLE, yellow
olive, pontil scar, 7 7/16"H, crudely applied collar, a
mint bottle exhibiting some minor exterior wear. Blown at a New
England Glass House, 1790-1820.
It is this bottle's long, off-center neck, crudely applied mouth
and overall glass crudity that make it a particularly handsome
chestnut-type bottle.
