FINE ZANESVILLE MINIATURE GLOBULAR BOTTLE
ITEM 7551, MINIATURE GLOBULAR
BOTTLE, orange amber, pontil scar, 3 ¼"H, outwardly
folded mouth, mint. Probably blown at the White Glass Works,
Zanesville, OH, C. 1830, rare.
Definitely Ohio and likely Zanesville in origin, this miniature
unpatterned globular bottle is a rarity. The bottle is perfectly
proportioned, free of damage and blown from a fine batch of soda
lime glass.
