ROBINSON / AMERICAN / WRITING FLUID," aquamarine, conical,
pontil scar, 3 ¼"H, inwardly rolled mouth, a mint
bottle retaining some original ink residue. American, C. 1850,
extremely rare.
Wow. Of the cone inks we have owned over the years this is quite
simply THE BEST. Outrageously oversized (please see the comparison
image below) and very boldly embossed, this is reportedly one
of a handful or less known examples.
