ITEM 7440. CHESTNUT BOTTLE, bright olive yellow, pontil scar, 8 3/8"H, applied mouth, a mint bottle exhibiting some exterior wear. Blown at a Connecticut Glass House, 1790-1820.

Primarily "yellow" with just a hint of olive, this brightly colored chestnut flask is particularly delicate, especially when considering its generous size.
