SECTACULAR FANCY COLOGNE BOTTLE

ITEM 7289. FANCY COLOGNE BOTTLE, brilliant aquamarine, rectangular with embossed plume design, tubular pontil scar, 6 1/16" H, outwardly folded mouth, a mint bottle with a tiny bubble in the neck retaining some content residue. American, C. 1850, scarce. This delightful little cologne came to us by way of a estate sale where an old time "closet collection" was offered. Although there were more valuable bottles in the collection this little gem infatuated our eye and we are pleased to offer this little gem at what I perceive to be a bargain price. SOLD!
