ATTIC FOUND NEW ENGLAND CHESTNUT BOTTLE

ITEM 7269. CHESTNUT BOTTLE, yellow olive, pontil scar, 5 5/8"H, crudely applied mouth, mint. Blown at a New England Glass House, 1790-1820.

Fresh from a Vermont home, this somewhat thicker and heavier than normal chestnut bottle is a perfect specimen with no damage and no wear. The bottle's undulating mouth and the presence of numerous tiny bubbles makes it a particularly appealing specimen and best of all, it is priced to SELL!
