IITEM 7139. GLOBULAR BOTTLE, bright yellow olive, cylindrical, pontil scar, 10 ¾"H, crudely applied mouth, a mint bottle retaining some light content residue. New England, probably blown at a Connecticut Glass House, 1790-1820.

Pleasantly asymmetrical and blown from a particularly seedy batch of bottle glass, this Connecticut made globular bottle is as good as the come. Numerous sinewy strands of glass add noticeably to the bottle's overall visual appeal.
