ITEM 7100. CHESTNUT FLASK, bright
forest green, pontil scar, 6 7/8"H, applied mouth, a mint
bottle exhibiting some expected usage wear. Blown at a New England
Glass House, 1790-1830, very scarce color.
Blown in an unusual and appealing shade of green, this fine chestnut
flask is likely the product of a Connecticut Glass House such
as Pitkin or Willington.
