ITEM 7068. "AYER'S - CONCENTRATED - COMPOUND / EXTRACT OF / SASAPARILLA - LOWELL, MA," (Greer #163), aquamarine, rectangular, pontil scar, 7 7/8"H, applied double collar, about mint (some scattered light haze). American, C. 1850, scarce. Heavily whittled and more boldly embossed than is the norm, this fine open pontiled sarsaparilla bottle is a superior specimen. SOLD!
