SCARCE LUDLOW, VERMONT PONTILED MEDICINE

ITEM 7063. "WM A. BACON / LUDLOW, VT.," (Greer # 168), aquamarine, oval, pontil scar, 5 3/16"H, applied sloping collar, mint. American, C. 1850, scarce. At one time this bottle was relatively plentiful in the North Country but we've seen very few in the past several years. This fine example is a fresh find from a Brandon, Vermont home that exhibits some glass whittling and boldly embossed lettering. SOLD!
