ITEM 7030. PITKIN - TYPE FLASK,
bright olive yellow, 36 ribs, ribbed and swirled to the left,
pontil scar, 6 3/8"H, sheared and fire polished mouth, mint.
New England, probably blown at an early Connecticut Glass House,
1790-1820.
It is this flask's brilliant color, extremely bold ribbing and
somewhat unusual form that make it a top-of-the-line example
of a pint-sized Connecticut Pitkin-type flask.
