ITEM 6983. PATTERN MOLDED HANDLED
CRUET, colorless, 16 vertical ribs, bulbous body with applied
hollow handle, pontil scar, 7 3/4" H, tooled mouth with
pour spout, mint. Probably blown at a Pittsburgh District Glass
Works, Pittsburgh, PA, 1820-1840.
This unusually heavy pattern molded cruet is a fine example with
strong ribbing, an attractively elongated pour spout and a graceful
handle.
