ITEM 6610. BLOWN THREE MOLD TOILET
WATER BOTTLE, (McK# GI-7), lavender, conical, pontil scar, 5
9/16"H, flared mouth, mint. Blown at the Boston and Sandwich
Glass Works, Sandwich, MA, 1820-1840, rare color.
It is this bottle's truly unusual color that commands attention
and makes it a standout piece on any shelf. The piece retains
several early collection tags and it is one of only a few GI-7
bottles we have seen in this beautiful shade of color. A nearly
identical example was sold in Heckler Auction #82 for $1150.
