ITEM 6416. HANDLED CHESTNUT FLASK, grape puce, flattened chestnut form with applied solid glass handle, pontil scar, 8 ¾"H, applied mouth with ring, mint. American, C. 1850, extremely rare color. Yes, GRAPE, as in the color of grape juice. We have had several of these flasks over the years in shades of puce but none as vibrant and exciting as this one. In fact, it is one of only a few bottles we have EVER owned in this beautiful color. It is truly FANTASTIC!!! SOLD!
