ITEM 6286. PATTERM MOLDED CHESTNUT
FLASK, aquamarine, 24 ribs swirled slightly to the left, jagged
tubular pontil scar, 10 5/8"H, applied sloping collar, mint.
American, probably blown at a Pittsburgh District Glass House,
C. 1840.
This abnormally large pattern molded chestnut bottle is blown
from a high grade of metal and it is decidedly more delicate
than others of its type.
