NEW ENGLAND CHESTNUT FLASK
ITEM 6264. CHESTNUT BOTTLE, pale
olive green, pontil scar, 8 ¼"H, crudely applied
collar, mint. Blown at a New England Glass Works, 1790-1830.
This generously sized and pleasingly formed chestnut bottle is
a particularly fine example of its type. Although two centuries
old, the bottle exhibits brilliant exterior luster and only nominal
signs of wear.
