This unusual decanter is noticeably different from the typical GIII-24 pint in that the neck is considerably wider than most and it was never ground for a stopper. The mold impression is SUPERB and the piece exhibits the "liquid brilliance" as described by McKearin in American Glass. It is among my favorites of the blown three mold group we recently acquired from an old Ohio collection that had been in storage for decades. SOLD! |
