ITEM 6130. PATTERN MOLDED CHESTNUT
FLASK, deep aquamarine, 25 ribs swirled to the right, pontil
scar, 8 7/8"H, applied blob-style collar, about mint (spotty
interior haze). American, probably blown at a Midwestern Glass
House, 1820-1840.
It is this bottle's bold mold impression, unusual rib count and
pleasing form that make it a better than average example of its
type.
