ITEM 5833. FREEBLOWN DEEP BOWL,
deep orange amber, dip molded cylinder, tubular pontil scar,
2 ¾"H x 4 5/8"D, mint. New England, probably
blown at a Stoddard, NH Glass House, C. 1850.
Definitely New England and most likely Stoddard, NH in origin,
this oft-used utilitarian bowl exhibits good signs of wear and
a pleasingly soft exterior bloom.
