AMETHYST SANDWICH POLYGONAL COLOGNE
ITEM 5821. COLOGNE BOTTLE, medium amethyst
with deeper amethyst striations, polygonal, early smooth base,
4"H, tooled mouth, mint. American, probably blown at the
Boston and Sandwich Glass Works, Sandwich, MA, 1860-1888.
It is this bottle's noticeably striated glass that makes it stand
out in any crowd. You may have a sandwich cologne in this size
but I'll betcha' you don't have one this pretty!
