ITEM 5761. COLOGNE BOTTLE, deep purple
amethyst, 12-sided, early smooth base, 5 3/4"H, crudely
tooled mouth, mint. American, probably blown at the Boston and
Sandwich Glass Works, Sandwich, MA, 1860-1888.
It is this bottle's much cruder than normal mouth treatment that
makes it a stand out example.
