ITEM 3867. UTILITY CYLINDER,
olive green, two-piece mold cylinder, tubular pontil scar, 4
1/8"H x 2 3/8"D, sheared and fire polished mouth, mint.
Blown at a New England Glass Works, 1830-1850.
It is this ink's heavily mottled surface texture that indicates
it may have been the first bottle blown in a cold mold one snowy
morning in Keene, NH or Coventry, CT.
