ITEM 3458. "CHARLES' - LONDON -
CORDIAL GIN", clear olive green, square, sand chip pontil
scar, 7 11/16"H x 2 3/8"W, applied sloping collar,
sparkling mint. American, 1840-1850, rare.
This slope shouldered beauty is the earliest (and crudest) of
the many variations of the Charles' London Cordial Gin bottle.
Recently liberated from an Addison County, Vermont estate, the
bottle is an attic find in perfect condition.
