ITEM 3162. WHISKEY BOTTLE, emerald green, two-piece mold cylinder with embossed label panel, iron pontil scar, 10 5/8"H x 3 1/8"D, applied sloping collar with ring, a mint bottle exhibiting some minor usage wear. American, 1855-1865, very scarce.

Strikingly colored and "hammered" with whittle marks, this beautiful whiskey-type bottle is truly scintillating in the sunlight. The bottle features an embossed "label" panel that is an unusual, if not unique variation on the typical two-piece mold whiskey.
