ITEM 3157. CATHEDRAL PICKLE JAR,
medium to deep green, square with fancy cathedral arches, pontil
scar, 9"H x 2 7/8"W, outwardly rolled collar, a attic
quality jar with numerous radiating potstones. American, C. 1850,
rare color.
This beautiful jar is not perfect but the noted damage is the
result of poor annealing rather that improper handling. The jar
then, appears today just as it did when leaving the factory.
The color is GREAT!
