PURE GREEN NEW ENGLAND GI-114 ADAMS - JEFFERSON HALF PINT FLASK

ITEM 10219. ADAMS - JEFFERSON, (McK# GI-114), forest/olive green, pontil scar, half-pint, sheared and fire polished mouth, mint. Blown at a New Hampshire Glass Works, 1830-1850.

Rarely encountered in this shade of pure green, this Adams - Jefferson flask is a superb example of its type. Excavations show that these flasks were blown in both Keene and Stoddard - it's my strong opinion that this is a Keene made example.
